Bring your mat or a blanket and practice on the beach to the sound of the lake! Hatha focuses on practicing yoga asanas while connecting with your breath. It helps to bring balance to the body and mind. This class will help increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, reduce stress and find stillness within. Meditation, guided imagery and relaxation are incorporated to help support deep relaxation leaving you feeling rejuvenated, recharged and relaxed. All Levels are welcome for this session.
