Open Studio is about creating space in our daily lives to just be present. Our space is available for you to stop by and just be present. There are no Yoga sessions happening during this time. You are welcome to sit in peace, meditate, read something from our book share or maybe you have some questions about the studio or Yoga. Please stop by and say hello, we are here for you.
