Service Description

Community sessions are held on a pay as you wish basis as well as with a session pass. Restorative Yoga allows for longer periods of time holding poses which creates space within your body to relax further into a pose. This style of Yoga is very relaxing and meditative, through holding poses and focusing on breath it brings your entire body, mind and soul into a state of rest. come together in Unity to find a peaceful state. Please register online if you would like to secure a space, any remaining spaces are offered in order of arrival.
