Service Description

This detail based session is designed to assist you in going a little deeper into Yoga. This includes aspects of Yoga such as pose alignment, modifications and use of props; as well as different breathing techniques, meditations and even a bit of Yoga philosophies and foundations. Please be mindful that this session will include quite a bit of pausing to learn certain aspects of Yoga, especially when we focus on certain poses. This is a great session to allow growth within your practice or to begin your Yoga journey as well.
