Service Description

Holiday Wish Flow is a medium level class with a focus on your breath as we flow from pose to pose. Linking movement with your inhale and exhale. These sessions include seated and standing postures all connected through movement. The first half of this session is slightly higher in intensity with the final half focusing on stretching and meditation. All Holiday Wish Sessions are $10/person
