Community Sessions

Yoga is about unity and coming together to share our energy, support one another, and cultivate connection. I offer community yoga sessions throughout the Ridgeway and Crystal Beach area. During the warmer months, we gather outdoors on the beach and in the park, immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature as we practice asana, breathwork, and meditation.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are warmly invited to join our Yoga community at one of the local studios or outdoor gatherings.

In Nature

Join me for yoga at some of the beautiful outdoor spaces throughout our local area. Immerse yourself in nature, surrounded by water, trees, and open sky, while listening to the soothing sounds of the birds or gentle waves hitting the shore. Experience the beauty of practicing in the fresh air as we move, breathe, and connect with the world around us.

Outdoor Sessions are offered on a pay as you wish basis from June to September!

Please remember to bring a donation with you to help support your guide and say thank you for the offering of Yoga.

Bring your mat or a blanket and enjoy yoga on the beach while listening to the sound of the gentle waves along the shore. Hatha Yoga focuses on the practice of asana while cultivating a deeper connection to the breath, helping to bring balance to both body and mind. This class is designed to increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, reduce stress, and create space for inner stillness. All levels are welcome.

Gentle Hatha in nature! Join me on the grass every Sunday at the Crystal Beach Market for  some stretching, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Gentle Hatha moves at a slower pace with a focus on warming up and low intensity asanas which are held to allow the body to release and ease into a pose. â€‹All levels are welcome.
