Service Description

This Hatha session is made specific to runners. Finding flexibility in overused areas like the hips down through the legs and feet while also strengthening those areas which are less used such as the core and upper body. Yoga has been proven to increase running performance not only physically but also mentally. Do not worry if you are not a runner! This session is suitable for all levels and benefits everyone.
