Service Description

Fully immerse yourself in Zen with this two hour session. Begin with an opening meditation followed by 90 minutes of Yoga and finishing with a guided meditation. This Yoga session flows through sun salutations, warrior asanas, balancing and mat stretching while also focusing on prana and finding stillness through our breath.
