Enjoy a mini Yoga Meditation Treat with 2 hours of Yoga/Meditation over two days. Each day will include 45 minutes of Yoga followed by a 15 minute Shavasana guided meditation for a total of 2 hours over two days!! This is perfect to keep yourself connected while you are away from your regular routine or to give Yoga a try!! All Yoga sessions will be catered to your needs and preferred style.
