Gentle Hatha outdoors! Join me on the grass at the Crystal Beach Farmer's Market for some stretching, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Gentle Hatha moves at a slower pace with a focus on warming up and low intensity asanas which are held to allow the body to release and ease into a pose. These sessions are suitable for beginner to advanced levels.
