Although it is recommended to allow an hour for your Reiki Treatment we understand that sometimes it is tough to find the hour or maybe you just feel it is too long to be in stillness. We want you to do what feels best for you and to be comfortable in your treatment, which is why we offer a half hour Reiki option. Please contact us to discuss further details or to find out more. Reiki is a form of energy therapy which helps promote healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It has the ability to aid in reducing stress and anxiety, increases awareness, relaxation and overall wellness to provide inner growth.
